ABOUT
KYLE NOFFSINGERKyle was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. As the son of a trial lawyer, his interest in trial work began at an early age, when he would go to watch his father in trials. After graduating from Indiana University, he followed up by obtaining his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
He has served our community as a deputy prosecutor in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office where he obtained great experience, trying major felony cases, including murder, robbery, fraud, aggravated battery, and burglary. After that, he spent time at a personal injury law firm in Indianapolis, where he gained civil trial experience and learned the value of fighting insurance companies to maximize the value of his client’s cases. That brought him to Kooi Law.
Kyle was also recently named to The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40. He has handled cases state-wide, and has been admitted to practice law by the Indiana Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
Kyle has served as a Big Brother for the past seven years in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. He enjoys playing and watching sports, particularly Indiana University basketball. Kyle and his wife, Martha, live in Carmel with their two children.
